Because we understand that you can't touch and feel over the internet The Mood has a great no hassle return policy. You may return or exchange unused items within 30 days of purchase with receipt, original packaging, and tags attached. Shipping fees are non refundable. Refunds will be given in the same form as the original payment. You can bring your return into our store location or send the item(s) along with a copy of your sales invoice, address and phone # to (you do not need to call for authorization):

If exchanging an item it will be shipped out the on the next business day after we receive your return and as long as we have it in stock. And rest assured most of the time we will have the item in stock.
